NdFeB magnets means Neodymium Iron Boron Magnets, also named Neodymium magnets which are the strongest permanent magnets in the world. They are one kind of rare earth magnets because their ingredient include rare earth metal: Neodymium(Nd), sometimes also include small percent of praseodymium(Pr), dysprosium(Dy). According different production process, there are sintered Neodymium Iron Boron Magnets and bonded Neodymium Iron Boron Magnets. The Sintered Neodymium Iron Boron Magnets are very easy rusted ,so any coating are needed, such as Ni, NiCuNi, Zn, Color Zn, NiCuNi+Zn, Epoxy, Au, Ag, Teflon, NiCuNI+Epoxy. With development of Process Technical, Strip casting and HD process are used in production line, then Superior corrosion resistant NdFeB magnets can be obtained which are almost not need coating during using by some customer. Because the weight loss is less than 2.0mg/cm2 in HAST tesing(130℃, 0.26Mpa, 95%RH, 20days).
