As an original manufacturer, we have been working in the magnets field for many years, recently we are often asked by our customers that if we can supply a flexible magnet in a different colour other than the current dark brown color only, actually our answer is no.
Now, let’s explain to you why the flexible magnets are in dark brown color:

The raw materials of flexible magnets are mixed together in a mixing machine, the processing method is much the same as tyre compounds, elastic, material for floor tiles and the like. The materials composition includes approximately 90% Ferrite Powder, which is called the Filler in terms of Rubber & Plastics Mixing Technology, with just 10% left for the Synthetic Rubber – known as the Binder, and any other processing additives that may or may not be used.Since 90% of ingredients are the ferrite powder, it is in dark brown color, it is not possible for the mix to take on any colour from an added master batch.
